Our journey began in 1917 with the founding of the first Luxor hotel in Rio de Janeiro. Accompanying Brazil's development throughout the 20th century, we grew and diversified our activities. By the late 1990s, we were not only one of the country's largest hotel chains, but also pioneers in agribusiness in the Brazilian cerrado.

The sale of the Luxor Hotels chain in 2007 marked an inflection point, driving the structuring of our family office and the internationalization of our portfolio. Since then, we have built an organization with a global vision and ambidextrous capability: we generate value through investments and business development, as well as through our philanthropy arm, Farol.
